Each travel service — such as a flight, hotel stay, airport transfer, tour, or activity — is subject to the cancellation and refund terms of the applicable provider and the applicable payment terms.
These terms vary by provider, rate, and timing, and they are shared with you before you confirm a booking.
Refunds
Sand & Island cannot promise refunds beyond what the applicable supplier and payment terms allow.
Some rates may be non-refundable, or may carry change or cancellation fees set by the provider.
