Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sands & Islands Tours. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding of your rights and obligations.

1. General Information

• All travel packages offered by Sands & Islands Tours are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices, itineraries, and schedules may be adjusted based on local conditions or force majeure without prior notice.
• Packages are intended for private group tours (min. 5 – max. 7 persons per group), unless otherwise stated.

2. Booking & Payment

• A deposit of IDR 5,000,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the departure date.
• Payments can be made via secure online payment link (Visa/MasterCard accepted).

3. Cancellation Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), rebooking may be offered at our discretion.

4. Travel Documents

• Clients are responsible for ensuring all travel documents (passports, visas, vaccine certificates) are valid and meet destination requirements.
• Sands & Islands Tours will assist in providing visa support letters and insurance as part of the package.

5. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

Included in our tour packages (unless otherwise stated):

• Round-trip flights (economy class)
• Hotel accommodation (3-star or above)
• Full-board meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Airport transfers and ground transportation
• Tour guide and documentation (photo album)
• Visa & travel insurance

Not included:

• Personal expenses
• Additional baggage costs beyond the stated allowance
• Optional tours/activities not specified in the itinerary
• Tips for guides/drivers (optional but appreciated)

6. Liability

• Sands & Islands Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We will make reasonable efforts to ensure safety and comfort but are not responsible for personal loss or injury during the trip.

7. Health & Safety

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are in good health and fit for travel.
• Travelers with special medical conditions must inform us during booking.
• Compliance with destination health protocols (e.g. COVID-19 regulations) is mandatory.

8. Code of Conduct

• We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, local communities, and staff.
• Any misconduct or violation may result in removal from the tour without refund.

9. Modifications & Updates

• Sands & Islands Tours reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the changes.
